Using H2Ocean Beach Buckets is easy and only takes a few extra minutes during your beach visit!

1. Find the Bucket Stand

As you arrive at Beach Access 8 in Topsail Beach, you’ll see the H2Ocean Beach Buckets stand. Simply grab one of the available buckets before heading onto the beach.

2. Enjoy the Beach & Pick Up Litter

While you’re enjoying your time on the beach, keep an eye out for litter. Pick up any trash you find and place it in your bucket. Every piece of litter removed helps protect our beaches and marine life.

3. Empty the Bucket

When you’re leaving the beach, stop by one of the nearby trash cans and empty everything from your bucket.

4. Return the Bucket

Place the empty bucket back on the H2Ocean Beach Buckets stand so it’s ready for the next beach visitor.
